TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
- DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- “Club” means THE REGAL’S ELITE SOCIAL CLUB
- “Member” means an individual who has been accepted as a member of the Club
- “Membership” means the membership of the Club
- “Website” means the Club’s website located at www.theregalselitesocialclub.org
- “Rules” means the rules and regulations of the Club as set out in this document
2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who agree to abide by the Rules.
3. MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
To become a member, an individual must submit a membership application through the website. The application must include the individual’s name, contact information, and other details as required by the club.
4. MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL
The club reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application. The club may request additional information from an applicant before approving their membership.
5. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Members are required to pay membership fees as determined by the Club from time to time. Membership fees are non-refundable.
6. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Members are entitled to participate in Club events and activities and to receive other benefits as determined by the Club from time to time.
7. MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS
Members are required to:
- Comply with the Rules
- Respect the rights and dignity of other Members
- Not engage in any behaviour that is detrimental to the Club or its Members
- Not use the Club’s name or logo without the prior written consent of the Club
8. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
The Club may terminate a member’s membership at any time without notice if the member:
- Fails to comply with the Rules
- Engages in behaviour that is detrimental to the Club or its Members
- Fails to pay membership fees
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Club’s name, logo, and other intellectual property are the property of the Club. Members must not use the Club’s intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Club.
10. LIABILITY
The Club is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by a Member as a result of their membership, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by the Club’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State/Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions must be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Association.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Club may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
